We are located at 18206 N 19th Ave Ste 2C, Phoenix, AZ 85023. We are just south of Union Hills on 19th Ave on the west side. We are located in the TLC Child Enrichment center in the south building upstairs.
We are not currently accepting walk-ins. Most days we can accommodate same day appointments with the appropriate lead time.

If you are unable to make arrangements to leave your little(s) at home, no worries you may bring them with you. We ask they be well behaved and good listeners.
We love dogs, but pets of any kind, other than service animals, are not allowed at Intelligent Aging Studio.
The health and safety of our clients is our 1st priority. All surfaces are cleaned with EPA registered disinfectants after each client. Fresh linens are provided for each client. Staff wears face masks.
Clients are required to fill out a medical history intake form and policy/ consent to treat form.
New clients must book through the website or booking site. Appointments for new clients cannot be made over the phone unless you have a voucher for services. Only established clients will be able to book via phone.
Intelligent Aging Studio requires 24-hour notice of cancellation. No shows and cancellations will be charged a $25 no show/ cancellation fee. If scheduling a promotion or discount via a third party (Groupon, Class Pass, Spa Week), the voucher will be redeemed upon scheduling and considered non-refundable. No show/ cancelation fee applies to all promotions, coupons and vouchers. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancelation policy applies to packages. Three strike rule applies, if you no-show or reschedule 3 times without proper notice you will not be accepted as a client.
Promotions, discounts, coupons and sales cannot be combined. Limit one promotion, discount, coupon or sale price per service. Services on promotion must be booked prior to the expiration date to receive promotional pricing. Service package(s) and memberships are final sale and all packaged services must be completed within 3 months of the initial appointment . Promotions must be scheduled via phone and the voucher will be redeemed upon scheduling and considered non-refundable. Cancelation Policy applies to all memberships, packages and promotions.
Intelligent Aging Studio provides a 15 minute grace period from the appointment time. If you are more then 15 minutes late the no-show/ cancelation fee will be charged or service time will be cut short.
All retail product is considered final sale and cannot be returned after purchase.
