Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25. Intelligent Aging Studio requires a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide such notice or no shows will result in a $25 fee or voucher redemption. This fee applies to all promotions, coupons, and vouchers without any exceptions. Please note that a valid credit card is required for booking purposes.
