After a chemical peel, your skin will likely be dry and sensitive. Make sure you’re moisturizing your skin regularly with a neutral, unscented cream or lotion.

Nourishing treatment should be applied 2-3x a week starting the second week after the treatment

Eliminate all substances that stain your teeth for the first 48 hours after.
Acidic foods and beverages open up the pores of the tooth enamel allowing stains to more easily penetrate
your teeth. Use a straw to help minimize the contact of these substances with your teeth.
Avoids food with color. The more colorful, the more likely it can stain your teeth.
Lipstick may stain teeth.
Your teeth may be sensitive for the first 48 hours.
Orange Juice and any Acidic Fruit Juice,
Coffee and Tea, Soda and Carbonated Beverages,
Energy Drinks, Red Wine, Stout or Dark Beer. Carrots and any orange fruits and vegetables, Broccoli, Spinach and green vegetables, Wheat bread, Red Wines and tomato-based sauces, Tomatoes, Beets, Butter and Margarine.
